We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, being close to both the airport and the city center, making it very convenient for our travels. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a jacuzzi bath that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a swimming pool with towels provided, a garden area with cozy furniture, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. We felt pampered and well taken care of throughout our time here.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. They promptly contacted us about a forgotten item. The manager handled a situation with gang members respectfully.
Nothing not to like.

Staff were extremely friendly and nice. Room was comfortable, clean and enjoyable. The bed was good quality hence no sleep lost. Location was just inside the town, so easy to get to Gisborne and the Beach. Its on the main road, but no noise can be heard inside the room, so excellent for light sleepers like me.

Stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. The location was perfect, being close to both the main street and the airport. The staff were very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed regarding restaurants and attractions in the area. We loved the clean and comfortable room with all the utensils for cooking and heating our meals from the supermarket. The bed was cozy and we did not hear any noise from the street.
That the walls were a bit thin, and we could hear some noise from the neighboring room. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Stayed during Easter weekend. Nice clean room with good-sized bathroom. the hotel is close to a great restaurant and a shopping centre. the bed provided a good night's rest after a long day of driving.
The parking was not so great as it was quite cramped. I had trouble finding a spot and had to walk from a distance to get to the hotel.

Whilst only a small studio apartment, was well set out and filled every need.
Difficult to fill the kettle as didn't fit under hand basin tap so had to fill from shower.

The location is really convenient, just a short walk away from all the main attractions in the city centre and the airport. the rooms are tidy and come with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool after a busy day of sightseeing.
The air conditioning could definitely use an upgrade as it can get very hot and uncomfortable during the night.

It was convienient for the purpose of our visit to Gisborne, would definetly stay again if visiting the East Coast
Found only a minor problem, there was no washing up facilities for washing up food utensils, but that is a cultural issue.
